This apartment needs to be rented out within the LAST TWO WEEKS OF MARCH 2005. Please help!! It is a gorgeous apartment, with a scenic view, and VERY convenient location.
Sunny 1 BR in new condo development. LITERALLY across from the Vienna metro. We have loved this apartment as tenants for more than a year.
CONVENIENT!! We're tenants, but we are not subletting. You will make your lease directly with the landlord. Please make appointments now! This is a great deal. You have to see it to believe it. The location is unbelievably convenient - ACROSS from Vienna metro (a total 2 minute walk), just by Routes 66 and 50, near 123 and Tysons, near a large post office (Merrifield) open most of the time and everyday, near restaurants, strip malls, nice homes, everything!
SCENIC!! -- And for those of you who like to open the blinds and see something pleasant instead of other buildings, our apartment is located right in front of a nice big pond where you can watch the geese swimming, wading, sitting on ice, swooping down in dramatic flocks, and even sometimes crossing the road and making drivers react in a most amusing manner!
NEW!!! -- Apartment is 1 year old and all appliances virtually new. I have NEVER seen any bugs or any other creatures in this building. For those of you who live in older buildings and share your space with cockroaches and ants and rats, you know how good this is.
APPLIANCES!! No more trips to laundry rooms, no more losing socks, no more carrying heavy loads back and forth: Washer/dryer AND dishwasher in unit. I've researched a LOT of area buildings, and those that charge you around $1000-1100 often don't have dishwashers and CAN'T have them because they're too old. Microwave.
