Gesture clicking...do you mean quickly pointing your formation(a melee box usually) towards the other person's melee box, but very closely, so your units auto attack theirs? When it comes to meleeing, what I do is get a very tight box, get my melee to engage theirs, and here's the key, I start out by double shift clicking a single enemy unit(this makes all my melee target ONLY this unit, they kill this unit very fast, giving me a melee advantage, and from there on out i've got the advantage, and I can either double shift click again or target all melee)...as far as telling you the "secrets" to m2 though, there are seriously so many advanced tactics to this game that it would take a very long time to tell you all this....if you can ask me specific questions that I know the answers to, I'll be glad to tell you...there are no secrets among the good players these days, except in how they do their formations(everyone's are different), or in how they have their keyboard/mouse buttons set up. All that's customization though.
