it would rather be essential that a life-long plan be instituted by the enga provincial government, on behalf of the people of enga, and with the Church. in accorance with this plan, for instance, the provincial government should ensure that all breathing engan should have a Bible each. The delievery of the cheque is good if its purpose is immaculate and should the same be extended to the other blocks of the Church.

A play in the field of the Church is should not be the last thing but NEVER happen.
