The trench in the middle of the town is an eyesore but culverts won't help. You need tonnes and tonnes of big bolders placed along the entire lenght of the trench. It will cost millions to fill up this area. It will probably be cheapy buying new land somewhere and buiding a new township then to fill up this big trench that runs more then 30 kilometers or more.

Very efficient town planning is needed here to develop Wabag Town. The customary landownership is the main obstacle to the expansion and development of Wabag Town.
I wish the Govt would carry out a Re-location programme
of the Town. I don't think the people will be moved.
In Enga, no one can be moved out permanently of his land so the Aipiaps, Lanekeps, kayalu, kala, or sapips willl not be moved and the town will be consumed by the growing population of these tribes.
We better do something now for a better Enga Capital.

It's better we help Sam Abal for the good intiative and give better town planning proposals to him.
I had a plan which I'm gonna give him.

Piping or Re-channelling Kop Creek would be a very expensive exercise. We can make Kop creek part of the town beautification. All We need is better urban planning.
