Where it be Panda Builders or whichever, it is the quality of material and work, the technicalities of tendering process to award the contract to a more recognised and reputable company for a qaulity output, the qualifications of the labor (architecturers and Builders)employed, the business risks, etc. Pity for the carpenters, they are just implementers. Offcourse, the contractor has to take the blame one way or the other if you think it is innocence. That's inevitable coz subjects and matters are integral part of the whole process! okay "TONY", these are the subjects we are discussing plus the EPG. umm, 1naku, please you may/not know but PNG media is controlled. In the absence of techincally competent Project Managers, how can quality assusrance be managed. The contractor will always quote for premium product and supply sub standard materials to maximise profit unless the project manager knows the difference between the materials used. I think there are too many con engineers going around in Wabag who in reality do not know the difference between concrete compressive strengths, steel grades and the list goes on.
