Fellow Engans,

We need to be reasonable, it is unreasonable to think everyone should be like us, live in the village, not pursue city life or higher educational studies.
In fact life in the world has moved way ahead, the PNG government is struggling to move the country into the global economic village. When you see reforms like privitisation, creation of authorities and customary land reform registration, these are all part and partial of it.

If Wapennamanda and Enga want to move in time and maybe ahead of the rest of PNG we need determined leaders with current knowledge on modernisation and development. Don't down grade leaders who have been in departmental head, CEO positions and properous consultant, etc. These people have toiled for years in public life and have proven track records. We need to subpress our preconceived ideas about them and listen to their policies and vision for a better Enga.

Enga is beginning to reap the sowing of past election-time LAMP FLAG culture in the face of deteriorating social services like roads, health, educational infrastructures and continuous tribal fight.

Wapenamanda, Enga and PNG will become a slave in the global economy if educated elites start thinking I should be the next candidates for elections to come. We need to be open minded about candidates' intentions and use our reasoning powers to make sense in our brain cells.

Lets all think together that Enga needs to move forward. Again, I say, educate your household, maybe your clan to vote a visionary candidate with your help.

Ummmm, which hole have you ass holes been at. I have personally met her. She is a very nice caring and very understanding person. If you don’t know her then it’s about time you tried to. Don’t just go judging someone you don’t know or haven’t heard of. And the clinic is to provide medical help to people who cannot go to mambis. All I can say is get to know her first and start making your accusations of who she is.

She seems to be doing a good thing - a private clinic. Thats great.

But I am not sure if the village people will have the money to pay for services at her private clinic?

peace

Trust me she is not dumb she grew up there you think she doesnt know all this. Her prices are low if it wasnt it wouldnt be that busy @ pngean. She is a person who believe's in making Png a better place if you or anyone just took the time and asked her questions and stuff you will come to know how wise she is. If it wasnt for her I would be still in the village. People should not judge someone without knowing somone dont you all think.

Angela,

Be of a cheerful heart if you know someone with a nice true heart. Defend your friend in the nicest way as possible, as this is the best you can give to your friend. We need to learn from one another in this forum. Let me say this; How can one learn patience, the only way is to put ourselves to the 'Test of Patiency' pls talk and approach people with humility in this forum. Education does not only enable people to speak english and write but right education humbles the heart of a person. I would say this right education is required to change Enga.

When people start a humble beginning in life, that does not neccessarily mean that the intention is to be a MP one day. Good enough if they decide to join the race, afterall Wapenamanda or Enga will decide. When people ask me and say they want to join the election band, I always say, be your best but don't create someone else out of you, because people do read other people.

Yes, Peace my sister.

ANGELA - Why don't she help Waps, Enga & PNG through Clinics instead of politics...? What is there and as she given up medicine altogether for politics. Don't understand why people dump their professions. If you feel for people - TAKE UP POLITICS FROM THE START !!!!

Angela, I am not implying that she is dumb. Its an honest question to ask - after all if I want to start a private medical clinic, I have to know my market population right?

Do my patients have a steady source of income to afford my services?

I just dont see how village people could afford to pay for private medical care? Believe me, if you want to bring health services to the rual people, a private medical clinic is definitely not the way.

And its good to know that she helped you to where you are now.

peace

pngean

Is that the lady that lives in Cairns or something..???
Just curious... I guess she can develop Waps better with some experiences! Is the clinic for free..? If it is than I'd give my #1 vote.
