He is currently throwing cash around in every corner of Kandep but the people will get them and will not give him votes....his reign for this short while will be a history. The Laiagam people will be in big force with Paul Torato, Kandep will be split between Paul and Ipatas, but Kundapen will get a fair bit if he contests. A lot of educated people are need to boost people like Daniel Kapi. Although he is unpopular, people need to see the real need for good development.
