There maybe many reasons on this. However, I for one believe that during such a "mad rush hour" like this, career professionals need to be objecttive and remain neutral from the mad rush appointments. In this way, their prospects for a firm and long time employment is guranteed.

One does not have to put his/her career on the line just to faciliate one party's election win and another's demise.

Isaac Lupari doesn't have to rush to jump into the big one at a time like this. There needs to be some calculated decisons whose impacts will be felt for the long term.

He is an experienced high profile public servant. There will be many opportunities available (with the public service or private sector)when the dust settles.
