Kaimis and Pimalenges,

I code Sir Winston Churchill who once said; "Some regard private enterprise as if it were a predatory tiger to be shot. Others look upon it as a cow that they can milk. Only a handful see it for what it really is--the strong horse that pulls the whole cart".

Issac Lupari is such a real Entrepreneur, with his reputation in no sense in management, the Government thinks they can easily milk his leadership at this rush hour. Yes, I agree with, 'N0 to MAD Rush' above that Mr. Lupari is not a man to be used at rush hour for the election favour. At desperate minutes, people make desperate but important and true decisions. When I look back to his life in public service on some of his appointments, Mr. Lupari has been appointed by succesive governments desperately to put things right for most Govt. Depts (DPM, DOW/DOT, etc) that were mismanaged.

Yes he is a predatory tiger to be shot by fellow mad Engans in politics. But, he likes Engans to be consistent and not mad pappets. The other 2 Engan politicians interceded the appointment, because one of them was sacked by Mr. Lupari when he was Secretary for a govt. deptment.

A day is nigh when Mr. Lupari will still be the strong horse to pull the whole cart., He will still be the Secretary of Secretaries.

Engan politics is dirty but that is life, yes we cannot say 'NO' for some else.

Correction,

Not interceded, It should be 'INTERCEPTED' the appointment.

Thanks.
