A true son of Enga passed away. What a great loss to Enga and Papua New Guinea. It takes years to educate and gain expereince a person and once he is gone, it is hard to replace such asset, a Father, Husband, Uncle and a friend. May his soul rest in peace.
P.S. Those of you who are holding pressure jobs, please make sure you put in a bit of exercise on a regular basis and be selective on the type of food and drink you take.

What a tragedy!
My advice to all Engan elites who are above the age of 30 or approaching 30.
Have an annual medical check & check your:
1. Blood cholesterol levels
2. Blood sugar level.
3. Your BMI index, weight especially.
4. Your liver & kidney function if you take alcohol.
5. Your eye sight (high blood pressure can cause blurry vision).
6. Blood pressure.
Get into some form of daily exercise - just 30 minutes of brisk walking daily is enough.
Reduce your sugar and calorie intake and eat more fresh vegetable and fruits. Stop going to chinese restaurants and taking those fatty meals with beer. And reduce Big Rooster intake. Carry a water container with you around drink regularly.
