Glad you made it back, Dreemy, I was starting to wonder what happened to you! Thanks for the info on the tea, I don't drink quite that much of it, but it sounds like I'm on the right track anyway. Lost another pound this week, sometimes its so tempting to go try those herbal magic type things, just to try and see results faster, but I know they'll const me a lot of money and probably won't work. I start my new job in a week, If I can lose a couple more lbs by then I won't need to buy quite as many new clothes. I was hoping to wait for a little more drastic loss before I spent too much on wardrobe, but we'll see how it goes.
How about some hints on getting through all the holiday dinners and get togethers without gaining back what's been lost? I have three potluck dinners and two holiday family meals to get through in the next two weeks, and I could really use some pointers. Any clues?

Khat
