Couple more pounds gone, hubby gave me new clothes for work for xmas, and they all fit, two sizes smaller than a year ago. YEAH!!! first time I've been under 170 in years, and they're still coming off. Although I must admit, I slipped last night. Sister had little tiny chocolate eclairs. They were so yummy! But I balanced them with fresh pineapple, grapes and strawberries. And lots of water. My goal for this year is 40 pounds. That seems realistic enough, three and a half pounds a month.
