With no rhyme or reason the scale is up 5 lbs, and no, there is no "time of the month" excuse to it.

So for anyone experiencing similar frustrations...you are not alone. In the blink of an eye, all the hard work and effort seems to disappear...and yes, I feel it in my clothes so it is not a problem with the scale.

I am examining what I have been doing differently. There is a possibility that my sodium intake has been high over the past few days. I have a sore throat and have been drinking chicken broth. It says low-sodium but I know it still must have plenty. Also, I have not had the spiruteen shake for 2 days.

This jump on the scale un-does any progress I had made since that 2 and a half month stale mate. I am going to ignore it and continue on....believing that if it jumps up this easy it can also drop as easilly if I take careful account of what I consume.

Nevertheless it is very frustrating.

L&L,
Dreemy
