Well, I wish I could say that I have broken through the stalemate I have had with the scale for the past few months....but the best I can say is that I am encouraged and optomistic. I am holding my own at 1 lb above the lowest I have been on this adventure. This has been a three-day "on hold" at this number. Since is I am not at the time of the month when everything comes to a screaching halt I am optomistic that this time I am going to break the blockade! I am taking a 5-HTP supplement to help with cravings and I am taking a licopene supplement to help with my metabolisim as well as drinking green tea during the day. This really is very encouraging if I think about the total picutre since I have not been able to do any kind of aerobic excerice for 3 and half weeks now. Not eating at night seems to be one place that this whole battle gets won or lost for me.
