I gained 5 lbs on our little 4 day vacation. The thing is I was really very careful what I ate!! That is the kicker! It is so hard to get off and sooo damn easy to put back on. I took my kashi and an icecrest and brought fresh fruit and my 1% milk and all this healthy stuff. I didn't even go down to the breahfast buffet...I ate my kashi and fruit in the hotel room! The only time I ate from a restaurant was for suppers and then I was very conservative eating salads and such. We did get chinese food late when we returned Sunday night...I got shrimp and veggies!! Anyways...normally I can get it back off pretty quick if it came on quick....but I can't seem to stop munching. I am taking the 5-HTP. I am not doing any excercise. I can change that pretty easilly if I would just use the gorgeous treadmill which is all set up downstairs! I managed to lose only a 1/2 lb of this gain in the past few days.

Coming here and seeing you tow dynamos is just what the doctor ordered. I remember when I was younger I could drop huge amounts of weight all at once when I first started a regime, like you are experiencing Moon....but not at 47!! LOL! So anyways what are you doing overall? How much are you excercising? I know that is what I need to get back to!

rootin 4 u both!!
