So I am back to 1 lb higher than my lowest point. (Trying to keep in mind I am days away from "that time of month") It has been purely a matter of not being in the mindset....I got lazy when we went away and couldn't seem to get back on the horse so to speak. We are going away again next weekend. I am determined to stay on track this time and not let the same thing happen. I have only lost about 12 lbs since the beginning of April. (virtually nothing from january till April since playing with the same numbers up and down during that time).

Spell weever says to think of it like the stock market....I'm in it for the long haul not the short term gains or losses! LOL!
