I totally understand what you were saying about the water weight thing. I have been taking that into account when weighing myself as well.

I told myself when I started dieting that I would not weigh myself everyday and I have been following that....to an extent*LOL*....I have been weighing myself about every other day. Now some people say to not weight yourself everyday because you can get frustrated. Not me. It actually encourages me regardless if I think the couple of pounds could be water weight. And if I see myself up a pound from one weigh in to the next, I don't freak out (and I also dont record it) because then I know it probably is just a water thing or I things have not "properly digested" yet! LOL. I need to keep a close track on my weight loss, because if I don't, I will get discouraged and stop. If I see my weight fluctuating up a pound, then I am really being careful about what I eat. Heck, what am I talking about, if I got anymore careful about what I eat, I wouldn't be eating anything! LOL!

Anyways my point was that I too like to weigh in often...it can be encouraging and help you stay on track. It does for me anyways.

I am going to my parents house today. My family is in from OH and I want to spend a little more time with my neices before they go back on Sunday. I am taking a dieter's oath here and promise I will not fall off the wagon! LOL! I usually take stuff down there with me so I can stay on track better....!

Love and Hugs ....I hope your diet/eating habit change is going well Dreemy and Sapph...
