If you don't already buy Woman's World magazine every week...I highly recommend it. All sorts of Women's health breakthroughs are reported there. You will usually read about them there before your doctor or local health food store knows about them. I also read their weekly weighloss article. Some of them are sort of...yeah whatever....but others have given me good info to encorporate into my stategies. The newest issue (on the stands now) has two good articles regarding wieghtloss. the first is regarding phase 2 or phaseum a starch blocker which is all natural derived from white beans. It safely and naturally blocks about 2/3rds of the starch you eat from being metabolized and absorbed by your body.

I just bought some from the health food store (last bottle...they are now sold out and their next order is sold out...I reserved 2 more bottles!) Today is my first day trying it. i will let u guys know how it goes.

The second article is about goto kola. I have read about it before but not gotten any. (that also was sold out but they are getting it for me for friday). It has several health benefits amoung which is eliminating celulite within a few months of regularly taking the supplement. Ok so I will try it.
