is now 70 lbs!!

I truly don't know if I could have kept goign all this time without you two. Your support and empathy is invaluable to me. There were so many times over the last year and 3 months that i wanted to give up! A big part of it was my fear....fear about ill health...fear about getting old and never having been what I could have been...fear that if I quit I would never "get up" again! I figure I have another 20 to 25 lbs to go. (it would indeed be cool to call it an even hundred...but I think that would be too much....lol!) It will be enough to say I lost close to a hundred lbs. yes it will be more than enough. So close and yet so far! (it takes a long time to make a little headway these days) I am still drinking all the water. I probably should get back to excercising.

My step daughter's college graduation (up in Maine), and my son's HS graduation are both in the Spring. It is decent time frame away to set in my mind as a goal incentive. Meanwhile our anniversary is at Yule, as well as the big bru-ha-ha company x-mas party as a fancy resort in early Dec. There is a little black velvet dress with rhinestone criss-cross staps that I have NEVER worn (got pregnant with daughter that year!) that is still hanging in my closet in a plastic bag. It is a size 8. *sigh*
