The motivation is never there before i start excercicing. I put on the music and I start to move on autopilot....the motivation kicks in about half-way through the half hour and I start counting the mintutes the second half. in short, i don't ever feel like doing it but I do it anyway. If your new husband is away for a month at a time, think about how great you will look to him after not seeing you for a month!! You absolutely must find things that keep you happy and productive during the time he is away. Take on projects and connect with people who are very positive and uplifting. Excercise is defintiely an anti-depressant. So is really really healthy food. I have been trying to make it a main goal to get the most nutrition I can for every calorie. I have cut out almost all white flour and white sugar at this point. I used to suffer from frequent depression and have even tried meds for it. But this is the best i have felt in that regards in a very very long time. there are a lot of things to be upset and sad about lately but somehow i haver not sunk into the depression of previous times. Those awful crying jags don't seem to plague me like they did before.

You can do this....YOU'RE WORTH IT!!

hugs,
Dreemy
