I really appreciate all your help and I plan on the exercising its just my motivation keeps me at bay. I cant seem to find the passion I once had. I have a history of depression and it feels like that again.... only its been creeping on slowly. I was married in Decenber of 2001. And I lost a great deal of weight prior to and after my marriage. There has been a big move for my husband and I, and lots of changes....one of which keeps away from home for a month at a time. I know that this has alot to do with my whole person. Its just not helping me right now. I find myself pretending to be happy alot more than I am inside. I could really use the motivation...And hearing you and your triumphs....insight me..let me know that there is still hope. Thank You Dreamy,
