A Wrongful death suit!!!!!!! What's that about?? You can e-mail me if you don't want it on this public forum.

It will reduce your stress and help you feel more in control to stick with your regime to lose weight. Excercise has all those great endorphines, too.

I am down to 33 lbs lost. every single one seems grueling to get off. I remember when I was younger i could diet and rop weight easilly....not anymore. One thing I will tell you...I can't excercise after eating....all the food taste comes up in my throat...yuck! and I can't eat right away after excercizing....have to drink several glasses of water! So that is a lot of time that I can't be eating!! Adding a morning short workout is helping with that even more. My big issue is not eating late at night. I have to go upstairs...get away from the kitchen. My boys come in late on weekends and chow down...can't be around that! One thing that helps is brushing and flossing my teeth after dinner. I floss like a complusive creature, and do this really thorough job....then it is harder to think about eating anything cause I would have to go through it all again.

Painting your nails helps too, since then you can't use your hands!
