I'm sorry I disappeared for a bit. But I'm still here!!! I've added some new "habits" also. I've started drinking Slimfast in the morning instead of eating a breakfast. I'm not much of a breakfast person so that was always kinda hard for me. Drinking one can of Slimfast is pretty easy and only 4 points. I've had the WW Ice Cream Sandwiches. They are good. I like the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Sundae also! Yummy. And today I saw that our local I Can't Believe it's Yougurt Shop is now offering Weight Watchers Ice Cream cups. Only 1 point per cup. Sounds good to me,AND it's right next to the Subway restaurant so it's a full meal deal! hahahaha

Today my husband actually shocked me by reading some of my WW literature and saying how he wants to go with me to the grocery and help plan MENUS so that we can eat healthier! He says he'll still eat some of his regular stuff but he's tried some of my Low-fat things and looked through my WW books and is willing to try some new things. I was pleasantly shocked. That's been a real hard part for me because he's sooooo picky that I am really limited in what I can cook. This should really help out.

I'm still having a hard time with the exercising thing but i'm still struggling on. Even if the scale isn't moving right now...I feel I'm eating better. I KNOW I've made some changes to my eating habits and that sooner or later the scale will catch up. With Winter on us it's going to be hard for me to go walking but I'm going to try some new things and see if I can keep sweating off some more pounds. I'm not giving up.

So 32 is how much you've lost so far. What's your goal? How much more? Are you carrying a stone or crystal with you now? I have a pentacle necklace I wear all the time for that little extra strength when needed. Seems to help when I start having a craving for something. I sit and hold my necklace, drink a glass of water and visualize myself thinner and playing with my daughter. Okay, so sometimes I still have a little snack but hey...I'm not perfect.

Been having some stress with Attorneys and etc. involved with my dad's estate. That's why i haven't been online as much. It looks like a wrongful death suit is going to be filed which means a bunch more stress is coming my way. All of us involved in the estate have our own attorneys and we also have one that represents us as a whole. I'm getting put in the middle because my brother DESPISES my step-mom (and her son) and won't talk to or communicate with our step-mom at all. So that's my stress condition right now. If I can get through all this, keep my sanity and still lose a few pounds I will consider myself bulletproof and invinsible!!!!

Anyway, that's what's up with me. I'm still trying and struggling but I am NOT going to give up.

Big hug, SApphireMist
