...so it doesn't get away from me! LOL Just kidding. This week after daughter left for school I made myself get ready and attend a morning WW meeting. I was really surprised at the turnout. It was also a different speaker than I normally have so it was very exciting. And they also got new digital scales. Now instead of doing "half pounds" they can do a .2, .4, .6, etc. Very sophisticated!

So all this new stuff got me motivated a bit more. I have been keeping my journal and tracking my points. I'm really shooting for a decent weightloss for New Years Eve. That's my goal for right now. Still a bit remiss on the exercising but I am walking and "power-cleaning" around the house to work up a sweat. We'll see how things go.
