Here we go again!

Things I am trying to combat the bloating, cravings, lack of flexability, lethargy, and good ole pain are;

additional protein
lots of soy/soy protein
cutting back on salt
adding a few more complex carbs (whole grain bread, cereals, etc)
working on extra sleep (hah!)
trying to keep stress down (double haha!)
and I am going out to try to find the new mentrual heat patch to see how it works

Will keep you posted on how it goes, and what if anything works. Every month so far I have not lost anything from the week before till after my period. Plus I really have been suffering those 2 weeks.
