The vidoe sounds like jut the ticket. We actually had company over for the superbowl. I really like them...they are our very christian next door neighbors and swwt as can be. They are not in any way shape or form pushy about their beielfs...it never comes up and they have no idea I am wiccan. It is just nice to have nice neighbors. I made chili and cooked my sepaarate double portion for myself and ate my side salad first and then my 1/2 of my chili. I had some crackers and chips and dips out but also a huge veggie platter. I munched on a few celery and carrot sticks and didn't touch any of the chips or crackers. I kept busy, making herbal ice tea and buzzing around. Oh yes! And I cooked up a batch of the No Pudge brownie mix for the first time. Everyone, and i mean everyone loved them. They taste like real brownies but are no fat or cholesterol and only 100 cal per brownie!! I am sold on them. I made the original flavor last night and have a box of the raspberry flavor mix to try sometime soon. Our neighbor just found out he has high blood pressure so he was very impressed/pleased about the brownies. My husband who is also pretty picky about his desserts thought they were great....even the kids! I think I actually prefer them to the "real" thing since the regular high-fat/high-cal ones leave a weird taste in my throat afterwards and these don't. very cool.

Well....gotta go excercise! looking foward to chatting tomorrow in the new daytime chat with u!

skinny-minny hugs,
Dreemy
