The videos we bought are so we can walk away the pounds INSIDE while it's too cold to go outside. I just finished a mile. I have a nice little burn going on right now. It's like marching in place really. But at a fairly brisk pace. Then you start adding arm swinging and other little things. Everything is at your own pace though so if something is a little to strenuous right now you can modify it easily until you build up endurance. I can tell you I was/am a bit sore from doing this for a couple days now. But I am liking it so far and haven't had any problems with pain. Some of the other videos I tried I ended up feeling like crap because I was in pain from all the jumping up and down and having to get up and down off the floor. This one is soooo much easier. It was only $6.99 at Target if you'd be interested in trying it. You'd probably like it. The instructor, Leslie Sansone, is really easy to follow and seems pretty good at the motivational thing.

Anyway, just wanted to clear up that I'm not actually walking OUTSIDE!!! Brrrrrr....too cold! Been in the single digits here for a couple days now. Wind chill has been below zero. Today it's snowing and I don't think it's going to stop anytime soon. Kinda worried about driving this evening to my friends house for the Superbowl party. But I'll be extra careful!!
