Baby it's cold outside!! I don't know about you, but I love a hot bowl of soup on a cold day...especially for lunch. Well, how would you like two big bowls of yummy, quick to fix soup, all for only 300 cal or less?

Get some of the healthy choice canned soups....anything not cream-based that is 100 cal or less per serving. This will include chicken and rice (200 cal per can/100 per serving), zesty gumbo (180 cal per can) and vegetable clam (160 cal per can). In a small sauce pan pour 1 can of the soup plus one can (same size as soup can) of diced tomaotes (100 cal per can). Season with pepper and only add salt if you HAVE to. Heat and serve. This will make 2 big bowls of soup, and yet be similar calories to one of those small frozen diet entrees!!!
