What are your thoughts on the different effects of exercising in the morning versus exercising in the afternoon or early evening. I don't seem to be doing too good at this morning routine but I had always had good luck with afternoon exercising and then a walk after dinner. Have you read or found anything to show which might be better.

I don't think I've lost any weight yet but I have to be doing some good for my body with all this exercising, yoga, and watching (mostly) what I eat. Yeah I cheat on that part sometimes! SUE ME! heehee Well, time to get the daughter ready for school and get into my exercise clothes. COME ON SPRING! Course it's getting pretty nice around here, light jacket weather (or no jacket if you're like me and have many layers of extra "padding" to keep you warm) It'll come your way soon (the warm weather that is, not the padding!)
