Subject: I am trying for a fresh start!

My old notebook is littered with "fresh start"s all over the pages from February till April. So I went out and bought a new pretty journal. It has faeries on it! I transferred the info from my old notebook into the new journal. This was rather time consuming and i fit it in over a period of several days. It worked well to keep be busy in the evenings when i might otherwise have been tempted to munch when we were watching TV and such. The journal is so pretty, I find it rather inspiring to keep myself using it every day to write in everything I eat.

The other thing I did was to ask for a lot of clothes I picked out of catalogs, for my birthday. It has kept me thinking about summer and skimpier attire that goes along with that season. No more hiding under nice big baggy ole sweaters (which is one of my normal choices all winter long!) Time for shorts and short sleeves (ahh those nice dangling underarms!!)

Without being able to excerice, with this torn calf muscle, the whole battle is won or lost at my lips!! Trying to take in a few less calories to make up for the lack of aerobic excercise is tough. I am trying for a lot more veggies and things like my spiruteen shakes for a meal substitute here and there. I am back down to being 1 lb higher than the lowest point I have been at for the past 3 months. At some points I was up as much as 7 1/2 lbs over that. Now to firmly vgisulaize myself moving past that and actually making progress. I am going to do some spell work on the full moon.

luv,
Dreemy
