Thank you for your support! Because he is young and still growing, The doctor does order blood tests, colesterol check, every so often to keep check on how he is doing that way. Potasium level was a bit low, but by the next test, it was in the normal range with a slight dietary change.

I will keep an eye on him to help him with the snow shoveling this winter, and reminders about taking breaks. With a family history (on both sides) of heart disease, All our children need to be aware of it and to reconize the "signs" of trouble. (although sometimes there isnt always a warning).

TZ has spoke with his gym teacher at school as well, and this teacher is glad to help, keeping a closer eye on him and to let my son know if he's trying to push himself too much...and recomend things he can do to help build up to a healthy level.

He has a bigger "support group" than most of us. I do hope that this experence now, will help for a better adult life for him in the future.
