**POOF** ((flourish of hand gesters))

AH HA!!! Dear Friends are once again meeting here!! So glad I popped in. I saw some mention over on the other boards so I just had to zip right over. Hope everyone is doing/feeling/being well. Please, get comfy and have some tea....

I personally have been maintaining my weight right around the 200 mark. I haven't gained back the 15 or so that I've lost so I'm pretty dad-gummed cheery about that. I am able this year to wear some shorts and capri pants that I haven't worn in about 3 years. Totally cool to re-shop in ones own closest isn't it!! Do I need to lose more? Yep. No doubt. But I finally think I have managed to change SOME of my thought processes regarding food. The fact that I am not gaining (and haven't gained) for quite a while now is my motivation that I'm doing something right. I know I'm not losing but I freely admit that my excersising habits are very very very slack! I had to drop out of Curves For Women for financial reasons. And now that I'm working more hours there's just not as much time to do tapes or exercise equipment workouts. I do walk quite a bit still. This is an issue that always hangs me up. Excersising. UGH!

But I'm feeling good about myself for what accomplishments have made, for what pit-falls I have avoided, for not beating myself up when I do endulge in some favorite meal or food. I feel good about myself right now no matter what the scale says. As a matter of fact, the scale can kiss my large what BEE-HIND!! ((teehee))

Well, so glad to see some action around here. I'll try not to stay gone so long now. (((propping feet up on stool)) SO WHAT'S EVERYONE ELSE BEEN UP TO???
