I've had a prob. with too much "Iron" in my blood. Honestly, I dont know how that happens. When I was preggo over 6 yrs ago, doc had to fight with the insurance co. over the prenatal vitamens because to prescribe it with iron would put me into the "Toxic" zone! (that is the time women are generally LOW on iron!)

OH yeh, and too much calcium in system. That too needs limited big time.

What I feel needs increased is the vitamins in the "Stess formula" type suppliments though. I am not sure how to ballance these yet. Any Ideas would be appriciated.

IF my diet goes higher than 1500 cals...I wont loose a thing, but if it's below 1000 cals... I'd go into "starvation mode" so it's a close one to try and figure out, bein somewhere in between.

Divide meals into at least 4 small meals a day so I am less likely to pig out on snacks. ANd bread? Well, I can do without and not miss it for most all meals!
