Dialogue is good in this story. Xander is a little off to me.

Snappy dialogue is difficult to write, and Oz does a great job in this fic. It was nice to see a healthy Xander-attitude toward Spike: a grudging acknowledgement of how Spike's cared for the Summers women, without a total acceptance but also without a bitterness or outright hatred. I felt like Xander was a bit off occasionally. For instance, I don't think we've ever heard Xander use the word "shall" on the show, nor do I think we ever will. Overall, a good, solid story that I'd recommend.
