 Alexis curled in tightly against Jeff's side and sighed. Her eyes half closed as she thought about what it was like to shapechange. And how she felt running free with Monet.

Without thinking about what she was doing she reached out to Angie in the mindlink and bonded them together for a minute. As their minds meshed Alexis took a part of Angie into herself, and then...

::First there is a sense of completeness that comes from knowing your lir. When you are first bonded you are filled with a sort of wonder at how you had ever went so long without this part of yourself.::

In Angie's mind she sees herself meeting a beautiful white tigeress. The white tiger moves to her welcoming her, and her mind is filled with the sound of the tigeress purring and exceptance.

::As you lir teaches you about the balance of the shapechange and how it is achieved you find that you are excited and scared. How is it you will achieve this feat? How will it feel to be a tiger?::

Angie sees herself and the white tiger as they talk and rejoice in their new fond bond. She is felled with both excitement a fear. Will she actully learn to change her shape?

::And then you do it for the first time. And it is wonderful. Suddenly the world is a whole new place to explore. The grass SMELLS greener. The sky LOOKS bluer. You can HEAR things that you have never heard before. The sound of the water flowing in the nearby brook is sheer music to your tiger ears.::

Angie suddenly finds her miindself in the form of a tigeress. She runs through an open field rejoicing in the freedom. As her powerful tiger legs carry her quickly across the open feild she makes a leap into the air. And lands a few feet away. Her hunches coiling to sping again. She see the white tigeress and tackles her. Playfully the two wrestle and run and rejoice in thier freedom.

::But like all things it must end. You can never spend too much time within your lir shape or you might loose you balance and become stuck within that shape. You must remember at all times... You are not a tiger, but a girl with the magic to become a tiger. And after awhile, you must return the shape to the earth and take back your own.::

Within their shared dream Angie begins to change back. First there is the small golden tiger that she had become. Then there was a fading away into nothing. She had become a void... And absolute nothing that alomst hurt her to look at. And then finally the void filled back in and there stood Angie. Whole and filled with the memory of what it had been like to be a tiger, if only in a dream.

Alexis opened her eyes to lookacross Jeff's cheast and into the wide eyes of Angie. "And that is what it is like to be me." She blinked crystal eyes slowly, "Did that answer your question?"
