講左比媽咪知我骨質有問題,嚇到佢死,即刻話自己都要立即去驗......
下午陪佢入左將軍澳屈臣氏驗,我上次係驗手,今次佢部機係驗腳,我媽驗左都係-1點幾,仲高過我,我咪打算驗多次睇下有冇唔同,點知佢說我不用驗,說25歲前D骨未發育完成,唔準,所以唔肯幫我驗.....搞到我都唔知好唔好再出去驗......

夜晚去左灣仔睇煙花,今次唔係去碼頭,而係去金紫荊,都睇得好清楚,不過就幾多人,又勁熱....

今日叫阿姨幫我打去中大那個驗骨質的問下,對方說通常過左三十歲先要照,除非係遺傳,否則好少咁細個就會咁.....跟住我姨對他說我驗左負2點幾,那人說出面既機未必準,叫我唔洗太擔心住.....依家我可能唔花錢去照住,因為中大那個係照晒全身,我舅父說佢做護士,有時護理人員協會有些免費照腳,如果有佢可以比個位我去照下,照左如果都係差,先去中大照,唯有等下囉~~不過我都會多飲奶同埋食多些奶類食品以防萬一!!
