其實你都發覺到自己有咁既問題啦,所以幫你解決呢個問題既就係你自己,當你知道自己有咁既問題存在,應該比自己動力去改,每樣野都盡力去學去做,想放棄既時候,不停叫自己唔好放棄,而身邊朋友既鼓勵同支持亦好重要,亦比到好大既動力比你~~希望我解答到你既問題啦^0^
