I don't get up there as much as I should. There's something nice about being in the hills on Thanksgiving, I bet you had a great day Tom.

I on the other hand feel as if I've got a pineapple stuck in my colon. I seriously over ate yesterday, instead of driving home it would have been easier to just lay down and roll. Dear God I thought I would burst! Thanks to my brother-in-law the food was great. My sister (who's an anthropologist) likes to experiment with different ethnic dishes and therefore we always wind up with a couple "wonder foods" (as in "I wonder what it is?"). I know enough to steer clear of those and stick to the traditional fare, but Mrs Sammy always tries the bizzare stuff and then suffers.

All in all it was a good day made even better by the fact that we weren't hosting. Christmas is another story, the planning has begun already. UGH!

We need some snow...it doesn't feel right yet.
