When ever I see Al Roker I can't help thinking of how he must be starving and must really desire to just once stuff his face like a piggy. But if he does it's sure to result in intense pain and vomiting. What kind of life is that? Does he really enjoy living like that? I'm sorry, but I see it as a quality of life thing. I'd rather be fat and happy than starving thin and miserable. That's why I decided to just cut everything in half. I can still binge if I should so desire (like on Thanksgiving). Mrs Sammy is helping too by not baking as much and trying to make low calorie dishes for me. I eat so much chicken now I think I'm begining to grow feathers! heh heh heh
