I wonder if Al has any regrets about the surgery. I know I would. No matter how difficult, if your weight problem is a direct result of overeating, it can be dealt with with self-control (and I say that as a person who fights with her weight/appetite on a daily basis - it ain't easy). I mean, if overeating caused me to vomit, I would be kicking myself in the behind for having that surgery knowing that I could have lost it naturally. Still, I guess it is the best decision for some.
