Wow It's nice to know you're still around. I knew a few of the old neighbors would occasionally post on the Hudson forum but I had no idea who anyone was. Other than some emails to Jed and Lady B I haven't really spoken to anyone.

My wrist was/is arthritis and let me tell you I suffered terribly. I was having weekely accupuncture sessions and taking herbal tinictures (sp?) trying to control the pain. I thought my piano playing days were over unless I took powerfull pain killers & kidney eating drugs. Then my Dr put me on a new med that wiped all the symptoms away. I was pain free and not doped, it gave me my life back. I was already dieting (for what seems like forever) and could now exercise more vigoriously. I started my swimming alot and then worked my way up,I went skiing again (something I though I'd never get to do) and I walk alot. Basically once I got over the pain I was like a man on a mission. I still have minor flair ups but nothing like what I had. Although now I must take blood pressure meds, I think it might be a side effect from the arthritis drug because my Cholset. is better than perfect.

Although retired I have been doing work on the side and even played a few gigs. When I play it's always as a guest keyboard player with some friends established band, it's all for fun.

How is the world treating you?
