I can't think of the name-and Janet can't either-but I was on it for awhile also...anti inflamatory, but bad for your kidneys because it builds up in the tissue. I was concerned that your DR put you on it as an every day medication and my Dr said "use it only when you need it". Anyway, welcome back to life! Ain't it GRAND!!!
...My back problems will always be with me. The more I recognize the movements that I MUST avoid the better I am. Sometimes I get carried away at the gym and strain myself, but that hasn't happened in 18 mos or so...knock on wood.

...I'll try and check in more often, I only wish there was more of the old community left, I really miss the old crowd.
