...throttle it down on parts of the bay. Actually, it was the fisherman and not the sailboaters who made enough noise to get the "no wake zone" bouys in place.

I couldn't get the chance to read the full article, so I don't know if the fines/punishments were listed. I believe the star ledger listed the bay speed limit at 30mph...on water that seems quick concidering 18-20 knots in a regular sailboat is moving pretty good.
