I am the author and I do not believe that I have all of the pageant knowledge in the world but I have learned quite a bit along the way. Many people have been very helpful to us as we started out and my daughter and I wanted to, in turn, help others if possible. I did compete sucessfully as a teen and my daughter competes successfully on a state and national level. (she currently holds 15 state, regional and national titles and has won over $4,500 in 2002. I am not saying that to brag but to emphasize that she started out brand new a very few years ago and has worked her way up (and our pageant investment has not been huge). As I stated, I am not employed in any way in anything remotely to do with the pageant industry. (I don't even do my friend's H/M! lol!) If you do not agree with the website, that is absolutely fine - after all, all you invested was your time! One thing I have learned, however, is that there are those in pageants who will bash anything or anyone. I will avoid placing my daughter's name out there for bashing and if the website causes that, then I will simply erase it.

I have also seen those boards and do not intend to put my child out to be bashed let them play bythemselves. again thanks....
