X intersect Y is the set of all elements that belong both to X and Y. Therefore, you need to define what constitutes an element of X and what does an element of Y; for example, X might be redefined as the set of all pieces of knowledge about the bible, Jesus, Christianity, and the Christian god, and Y might similarly be redefined as the set of all pieces of knowledge about Buddha, Buddha's writings, and Buddhism. X intersect Y is then, I guess, the set of all pieces of knowledge simultaneously about Buddhism and Christianity, e.g. that science doesn't leave any place for souls that can go to heaven or hell or reincarnate.
