亞黎, 今次好多EKR既區都知道做得唔係太好, 做得很急, 我去開咁多會, 其他地域一早就定好邊個區做邊個 event. 好快就有結果同問題可以提出來討論.

不過, 如果你都知道你個區無人, 唔夠經驗,及欠缺聯絡溝通, 我覺得像你這般的經驗領袖更需要去幫區會手. 不過既然一切事情已經解決, 那就等今個星期日的表演吧, 我會在大會中做職員. 希望到時大家留下來影張相先至走.

其實我個人就覺得無論區好地域也好，大家的關係建基於互相信任和尊敬，唔好以為高高在上就可以愚弄旅團，旅團的領袖才是因正的最前線工作者，若果我們得不到會方的認同，這樣我們的價值等於零。

我都覺得有道理 ....認同, 信任和尊敬是對我們一眾前線領袖的最基本的價值的認同.
