其實我個人就覺得無論區好地域也好，大家的關係建基於互相信任和尊敬，唔好以為高高在上就可以愚弄旅團，旅團的領袖才是因正的最前線工作者，若果我們得不到會方的認同，這樣我們的價值等於零。

我都覺得有道理 ....認同, 信任和尊敬是對我們一眾前線領袖的最基本的價值的認同.
