Alright first off i want to reaffirm my postition.
I did not seek out Drake and told him i wanted my leadership back. I recently got a cable modem after having no internet for a LONG time and i d/l ICQ with my old #, thank god for remembering it.
Soon after people I knew from SH started ICQing me since my ICQ is constantly online via my cable. Drake was one of these people. He informed me of some of SH's recent history and that Phule was resigning and asked me if i wanted to take over for him. I was honored. I was already forming a clan called BrimStone but i had no base members and i thought this was perfect.
During my time on battle.net ive led 3 clans. All of these clans transformed and changed and each one consisted of a different set of rules. I believe that i have the experiance and power to build the foundations for a great clan. For the first moth of SH i did 90% of the recruiting by myself and it turned out guys like tseng and punk and chip. I know what im doing.
Im not trying to horn in on you guys or take over. Nor am I soley sucking you up into my old clan.
I totally agree with what Phule said about the system of power in a clan. When I implemeted the House System in Holy Alliance i thought it would bolster competition and create more involed members. I also think that in the beginning a clan needs storng central leadership and strict control over its membership. A good webpage helps also. The webpage I created will be online tomarrow, at the most definately Wed. night.not the whole page but a rough beginning. I still have no artisitc talent so there wont be any pics.
well, please respond and give me some feedback on BrimStone.
