Its not that hard or complicated to understand. I have seen the Matrix Reloaded and read almost all of your opinions about the "matrix inside a matrix" idea and it dosn’t seem plausible. The oracle said that he already made the choice not b/c he was programmed to by the matrix but b/c she thought that Neo like all the other "ones" before him would choice mankind when he came to the source. What I believe was a cycle... The oracle said the war would end when the "one" goes through the door. Yes the war would end, that particular war between those humans and the machines would end but she. Never said that they would win, she only said it would be over. The 1% of people who rejected the matrix would be kept in check by this cycle created by the architect. Every time the one walks through the door and picks new people to rebuild Zion, the machines rewind time and start the humans back on the same years to repeat and it starts all over again. The things that people said about Agent Smith and Neo swamping codes or something is completely true b/c Smith said that it’s true. He said that Neo had done something to him to make him the way he is. Some part of Neo got inside him which in turn allowed Smith to beable to take over the mind of a human and travel to the real world. And Neo in turn got a part of Agent Smith in him witch allowed him to destroy the sentials. The Wachowski brothers would make such a crazy leap with the matrix inside a matrix because they would loose the general crowd by confusing them.
