Here's something I forgot to mention about a possibility that Neo is a program. In Enter the Matrix, they explain how there is a new oracle. She explains that two programs sold her termination codes to the Merovingian. Then Ghost (Niobe's partner) asks why she did stop the two programs if she knew about it. She replies that the programs were is love. Now you might be askin what this has to do with Neo, but the next line she said is a real thought provoker. She says the programs had a child...a child that would change both our world(the matrix) and yours (refering to Ghost, Zion). Now I do not believe this is Neo because if it was the age differences between Neo, the oracle, and ghost wouldn't fit. However, what I do think it might be is the next One. And if the child is the One, that means Neo too, is a program.
